MOBILE, Ala—The University of Mobile men’s golf team dominated the GCAC tournament at Azalea City Golf Course and walked away with an 18 stroke victory.

While the team took home top honors in the team competition, three individuals placed in the top 5 amongst individual scorers at the event. Tommy Bell fired a 71 and 73, Clay Wilson shot 73 twice, and Cameron Smith ended up with a 72 and 75 on the two day event. Bell and Wilson placed 2nd and 3rd respectively, while Smith finished 5th.

Mobile shot a 291 on day 1, followed by a 298 to finish with a 589. Spring Hill finished 2nd behind the Rams. The Rams were the only team in the tournament to shoot under 300 both days.

Daniel Lickness of Belhaven was the medalist with a combined 143 (71, 72).
