Shreveport, La. - The LSUS Pilots men's basketball team defeated Spring Hill College 90-68 on Friday night to win their school-record 29th game of the season and advance to the finals of the GCAC Tournament on Monday night.

The Pilots jumped out to an early 7-0 run the begin the game, and they would never trail throughout the entire contest, as they cruised to an easy 22-point win.

Josh Porter scored a game-high 19 points to lead the Pilots, while Jamon Morris (16 points and 15 rebounds) and Travis Cash (15 points and 10 rebounds) each recorded double-doubles in the victory.

The Pilots shot a season-high 48% (13-for-27) from the three-point line, while holding the Badgers to just 38% from the field and 35% from behind the arc, well below their season average.

The Pilots received a big boost off of the bench from their reserves, outscoring the Badgers bench 32-19.
