Cleveland, Tenn. - The No. 1 seed Lee Flames handed LSUS their first loss of the Region XIII Tournament, 6-2, on Friday afternoon at Olympic Field.

Lee scored three runs in the top of the first, including a two-run home run by Clint Harrelson, and that would be all the scoring they would need on the afternoon as the Pilots never threatened in the contest.

Lee added single runs in the fourth, fifth and sixth innings to take a six-run lead before the Pilots could ever get on the scoreboard.  LSUS scored two in the bottom of the sixth, but would fail to plate any more runs in the loss.

With the win, Lee advances to tomorrow's championship game and will face the winner of tonight's LSUS-AUM match-up.  The Pilots defeated the Tigers, 4-3, in game one of the tournament.  The elimination game between the Pilots and Tigers is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and can be heard live over the internet via Teamline.
