New Orleans, La.- The Dillard Lady Blue Devils became the final team to advance to the GCAC Volleyball Championship Tournament semifinals by knocking the Belhaven Lady Blazers out the tourney 3-1 (21-25, 25-18, 25-18, 25-18) Saturday morning at The Den.

The Lady Blue Devils (6-15) were led by Macyonna Campbell's eight kills. Danta Cobb assisted on 22 Dillard points. Chanell Laurent, Keisha Smoke and Banikha Jackson each had a service ace. Defensively, Banikha Jackson led the team with 31 digs and three blocks in the win. The Lady Blue Devils move on to the semifinals to face the tournament's top seed, the Mobile Lady Rams at noon.

The Lady Blazers got a match high 13 kills by Erinn Cambell. Kelsey Stack got 27 assists. Jessica Davis contributed two aces and four blocks. Hampton also led on the defensive end with 16 digs. Belhaven ends the season with a 9-26 record.
