New Orleans, LA-The Tougaloo College Women's Basektball team continued conference play last night against Southern University of New Orleans.  The Lady Bulldogs defeated the Lady Knights 56-49 to grab third straight victory.

The Lady Bulldogs have been on a roll lately, as they have been taking care of business on the road.  With the Lady Knights, the Lady Bulldogs would struggle in the first half, trying to find their rhythm.  The Lady Knights would make it hard for the Lady Bulldogs, as they would take a 22-19 halftime lead over the Lady Bulldogs.  In the second half, however, the Lady Bulldogs would pick up the pace, as they would outscore the Lady Knights 37-27 to take the victory.

Pacing the Lady Bulldogs was Erica Grayson with 16 points.  Victoria Jones tacked in 12 points and 15 rebounds.  The Lady Bulldogs will be back in action on Monday as they travel back to New Orleans to take on Xavier University.  Game time is set for 5:30 P.M.
