PINEVILLE, La. - On Saturday afternoon, the Spring Hill College women's tennis team defeated NCAA Division III foe Louisiana College by a score of 9-0.
 

SHC (4-2, 3-1 GCAC) led 3-0 after the doubles matches, winning all three courts by 8-0 scores.  In singles, the Badgers won all of the courts by the scores of 6-0 except on No. 1 where Tara Montegut won over the Wildcat's Maggie Hixon 6-1, 6-2.

SHC next hosts NCAA Division II opponent St. Joseph's College (5-0) from Indiana on Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Copeland-Cox Tennis Center.
