In the 5th, the Rams sent nine hitters to the plate and tallied four runs thanks to the wildness of Lyon starter Dustin Phelps. Phelps hit one, walked one and uncorked three wild pitches in the frame, including two wild pitches that plated a run each. Mobile also got a run off of a dropped fly ball.
In the 6th, Mobile plated the four runs on without much help, thanks to five hits. Travis Williamson got the scoring started with a sac fly, and Ben Negus capped the inning with a 2-run single to center.
Lyon's Josh McNatt got the win in the finale, limiting Mobile to 3 runs on 9 hits in 6.2 innings of work. Nick Salahub got the save by getting the final out with a runner on second base. Dustin Lee got the loss for Mobile after giving up 2 runs on 6 hits in 4 innings of work.

But, the Scots added the eventual winning run in the 6th on Zac Wallace's 2-out, RBI-single to center. The Rams got another life in the 7th when Beck produced a sac fly and Cameron White reached 2nd with 2 outs on Wallace's dropped fly, but Salahub retired the final better to end the game.
