The Badgers trailed 2-1 after doubles where Spring Hill earned their only win of the night on the No. 1 court when freshman Burke DeFraites of Lakeside Park, Ky., and junior Chris Link from Louisville, Ky., won 9-8 in a tiebreaker.
 
Spring Hill (3-3, 0-3 GCAC) will next host NCAA Division III opponent LeTourneau University from Texas on Friday at 1 p.m. at the Copeland-Cox Tennis Center.
