Men's Basketball - Tue, Dec. 6, 2011
New Orleans, La. - SUNO's Clyde Moore was selected as the GCAC Player of the Week for the week ending December 4th.  His combined 45 points and .682 shooting percentage played a major factor in the selection.  Moore, a 6'3" junior guard from Jackson, Mississippi, also shot .789 from the free throw line and had 13 total rebounds for the week.

Moore has become a consistent contributor to the Knights.  In SUNO's loss to William Carey, Moore scored 21 points, going seven for ten from the field and seven for eleven at the free throw line.  He played a key role in the Knights' second win of the season, which came against Concordia-Selma.  Shooting eight for twelve and getting a perfect eight for eight from the foul line, Moore scored 24 points against the Hornets.  He also had a steal in each game and two assists versus Concordia-Selma.
