Hattiesburg, Miss. - The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference announced today the Volleyball Player of the Week for the week ending October 7, 2012.
Notes: Leading the conference in kills at 224 kills, Souza led the Lady Bulldogs in kills with 21 kills in their win over Mississippi College. In the four wins this week alone, Souza calculated 61 kills, hitting .619 on the week. Souza also led the team in digs, having 25 digs in the same win over MC.
