
Senior middle blocker Jessica Goods-Morris had a positive game with five kills, five blocks and had a team high hitting percentage of .333.
The Lady Bleu Devils (3-7 overall, 2-5 GCAC) hit a dismal .055 as a team and struggled to find rhythm throughout the game. Meanwhile the Lady Rams were led by outside hitter Bailey Nations with 11 kills and also outside hitter Kiara Gay, middle blocker Disah Kolassiba and right side hitter Tayler Houseknecht with nine kills each.
Setter Courtney Devold led Dillard with 13 assists on the afternoon and also had one dig. Defensive specialist Destinee Higgans, outside hitter Megan Laday, and setter Shelbi White chipped in on the defensive end with three digs each.
The Lady Bleu Devils looks to bounce back on Friday, October 19 as they travel to Houston to face NCAA Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) opponent Texas Southern University.
