Both of Dillard University's cross country teams competed in the 2012 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference (GCAC) cross country meet in Mississippi.  A total of 36 runners competed in the men's race.

Jevonte Ezzard crossed the finish line first for Dillard University, posting a time of 30.38.56.  Ezzard finished ninth overall, qualifying for the 2012 NAIA National Cross Country Championships next month in Vancouver, Washington.

Daniel Gibson and Emory Nash finished next for the Bleu Devils, posting times of 32:07.51 and 32:10.92 respectively.  Rudy Garza crossed shortly after with a time of 34:06.29.  Runners Marcel Williams and Rendell McCovins rounded out things for Dillard, posting times of 37:16.63 and 39:00.38 respectively. 

The Bleu Devils finished in third place overall, posting a team time of 2:46:19.91.
