University of New Orleans in the Lakefront Arena
tonight. Under rookie head coach Naomi
Washington, SUNO's young team would not go away, even as the Privateers closed
out the match, up 21-8. SUNO played UNO
closely in the first set, losing 25-19. The Privateers pulled away to end both the second and third sets 25-8.
