Hattiesburg, Miss. - The Gulf Coast Athletic Conference announced today the Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week for the week ending October 21, 2012.
Notes: Won GCAC individual championship for the second time in three years. Time was the fastest at this meet since 2003. Winning margin was larger than the previous four GCAC Championships combined. All-GCAC for the fourth straight year -- he never finished lower than fourth in this event. Led Xavier to the first perfect team score at the GCAC Championships since 1996.
